Muskoka’s steamship heritage is older than Canada. The first ship steamed Lake Muskoka in 1866. In 2017, we marked the amazing RMS Segwun’s, 130 year history. She is North America’s oldest operating mail steamship.
Wenonah II, a modern interpretation of a traditional steamship, is named in honour of Wenonah, the first steamship to sail Lake Muskoka.
Wenonah II combines turn-of-the-century charm with modern conveniences including air-conditioning and an on-board elevator. Passengers can enjoy three dining rooms and three decks offering the ultimate lakeview experience.
Cruise leaves Gravenhurst Wharf at 6:00 pm sharp and boarding begins at 5:15 PM (or so). This cruise is a licensed event with a cash bar. Buffet dinner is included.
Southern Fried – Legends of Southern Rock
Lynyrd Skynyrd & Allman Bros Tribute
Established in 2003, these six Canadian musicians have been stunning audiences with a true experience of southern rock music and the original artists. The members have dedicated themselves to accurately reproducing the music and the spirit of an undying era and the hard work has certainly paid off. Being hailed as simply the most authentic sounding Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute anywhere doesn’t come as a surprise!
“I became an instant fan. Southern Fried is meant to be seen and heard. They took the stage and simply tore through ‘In Memory of Elizabeth Reed’ seamlessly!! I can honestly say, it was incredible how similar they sounded…almost eerie. If you love Southern Rock or even Classic Rock for that matter, experience Southern Fried.”

Thorbjorn Risager & The Black Tornado
Denmark’s premier roots-rockers Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado come to Muskoka. The Septet has blazed a trail across Scandinavia, Europe, Canada, the US and Asia for the past twenty years. They’ve been captivating crowds with their dynamic stage presence and a sound that fuses soul, Chicago blues, boogie and rock ‘n’ roll with a voice where Ray Charles, Van Morrison and Billy Gibbons meet in the middle. They’ve brought dancing shoes to Europe’s largest festival stages and low-light noir-ish blues to Jazz clubs around the globe.
