Peter’s Players Fall Music Cruise is always a GREAT TIME!
The 4-hour cruise will have a buffet style dinner and two amazing bands
Elton Rohn – to Elton John
Elton Rohn is thrilling audiences across Canada and the USA. Ron Camilleri’s ability to transform into Elton John is uncanny. Audiences are amazed and they come away with the feeling of experiencing a 1970’s Elton John concert. The show includes the Elton Rohn Band – a full seven piece band. Every note is played live, no tracks and there is full four part harmony.
Ron sounds, looks, plays the piano and performs as if the legendary performer was there. The band has headlined festivals across Canada and into the USA, headlining shows in Las Vegas and has done nine Canada Day shows in seven years. They’ve performed on Breakfast Television and CH Morning show and are considered a top headlining festival act playing to thousands every time out. Having played Stage West Theatre in Toronto and Calgary, headlined the Briar Curling Championships, The Elton John convention in Las Vegas, Sound of Music Festival, Niagara wine Festival, Canada’s largest Rib Fest, Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas, Queen’s Jubilee Celebration The Michigan Music in the Park and many more outdoor festivals and theatres in Canada and the USA. They’ve been called one of the best tributes anywhere

“This is without question, simply the best tribute act I have come across”

“…so right on the money, you forget you’re not watching the real thing”
“I never thought I would find myself enjoying a tribute band ;;; until I caught a set by Elton Rohn”
David Farrell, The Record Canadian Music Journalist
Cameo Blues Band
The band is named after the Cameo Lounge of Toronto’s Hotel Isabella, as it then was, in the 1970s and 1980s. The Cameo Lounge featured primarily local blues artists and, as of 1978, had a regular house band, initially led by Richard “Hock” Walsh, during one of several periods when Walsh was either fired or quit as the lead singer of the Downchild Blues Band. Walsh was soon joined by former Crowbar keyboard player “Rabbit” Ray Harrison who, along with guitarist John Bride, became the core of the group during its over three decade history. Other initial band members included Billy Bryans, later of the Parachute Club, on drums, and Omar Tunnock, later of the funk and blues band Fathead, on bass.
