Music Cruise with Steve Marriner Band
Come join us for a music cruise! Our Summer Music Cruise Series features a 4 hour scenic cruise on Lake Muskoka!
4 HRS ABOARD THE WENONAH II
Muskoka’s steamship heritage is older than Canada. The first ship steamed Lake Muskoka in 1866. In 2017, we marked the amazing RMS Segwun’s, 130 year history. She is North America’s oldest operating mail steamship.
Wenonah II, a modern interpretation of a traditional steamship, is named in honour of Wenonah, the first steamship to sail Lake Muskoka.
Wenonah II combines turn-of-the-century charm with modern conveniences including air-conditioning and an on-board elevator. Passengers can enjoy three dining rooms and three decks offering the ultimate lakeview experience.
Cruise leaves Gravenhurst Wharf at 5:00 pm sharp and boarding begins at 4:15 PM (or so)
This cruise is a licensed event with a cash bar.

Steve Marriner Band
Simply put, it is nothing short of astounding that Steve Marriner is a Juno Award winning, Ottawa-raised, Toronto-based musician that has driven, guided and participated in so many impressive and acclaimed recording and live performance projects. He first garnered attention in the Ottawa blues scene in his early teens as a prodigy blues harp (harmonica) player. He also plays baritone guitar, electric guitar, piano, Hammond organ, upright bass and electric bass. Since 2008, he has been the frontman, singer, one of two guitarists and harmonica player for the Canadian rock’n’roll-blues group MonkeyJunk. The band’s album To Behold won the 2012 Juno Award for Blues Album of the Year as well as Maple Blues Awards in numerous categories. There’s nothing to suggest that train isn’t going to keep rolling down the track for some time to come.
In addition to having ample opportunities to catch the man with the broad smile and unbridled energy perform with MonkeyJunk, audiences have witnessed Steve play the role of musical foil to Colin James on stage and on the outstanding release Miles To Go. Those same audiences have heard him deliver one tasty lick after another or sing alongside Harry Manx on their 2019 critically acclaimed and chart-topping duo outing, Hellbound for Heaven.
Hope Dies Last, Steve Marriner’s latest album, has been nominated for a Juno Award in the category of ‘Blues Album Of The Year’ for 2022, guaranteed to lift roots music lovers’ spirits in a time when that is needed more than ever.
